Metz Construction Ltd was founded by Dean Sexton & Tim Couch and is a company based on the experience and quality of its workforce, with over 30 years experience in the construction of restaurants & retail units.
We pride ourselves on the quality of work we produce and this ethos throughout the company, has resulted in a high level of customer loyalty. We employ a team of highly-skilled, conscientious workers, who strive to improve with every job.

The Team
Dean - Director
Dean has over 30 years experience in Projects and Construction Management. Originally a local authority building control officer he moved on to join his father in his shop fitting business and has gone from strength to strength promoting and developing the company.
TIM – DIRECTOR
Tim came on board in the early 90’s and soon proved his worth to the company. His background in construction brought new ideas to Metz and he has been instrumental in promoting Metz’ successful growth.
MICK – PROJECT MANAGER
Mick is a key member of Metz he has over 20 years experience in site management. Originally a carpenter Mick’s commitment and unflappable nature soon demonstrated his leadership qualities.
HELEN – OFFICE MANAGER
Helen has worked for Metz for 12 years, her background experience comes from leisure management and accounts. She is overall responsible for marketing, Health & Safety, accounts and other office tasks.
