Client: Ceviche – Martin Morales – Soho
It was great to work with Martin Morales the owner of Ceviche, Martin is passionate about both Peruvian food and the concept he wanted to create within the restaurant. Located in Frith St in central Soho the restaurant was built to create a unique look and feel to complement the Peuvian culture and their food. Ceviche has since been nominated by Time Out Magazine as London’s Top New Latin American restaurant in 2012.
